If you wade through the many threads here and what you can find elsewhere the break-even point seems to be around age 81 if you take "early." I can see delaying SS by working past 62 or 65 but I would never delay SS after stopping working. Why erode your savings when there is money waiting to flow into your bank account? (Disclosure affecting me is that my Dad was delaying and never got a penny of his SS.)
