File complaint with CFPB.I had similar issues with fraudulent Amex charges. I canceled the card and got a new one, but they still let charges through. I think that they let charges on the old card for vendors that you have purchased from in the past.I am currently having the same issue. I started getting fraudulent Uber Eats charges on my credit card back in November 2023. Contacted bank, issued new card and reimbursed for charges. Then, I started being billed $9.99 for Uber One, which I did not sign up for. My guess is, whoever scammed my card did. Bank of America put a block on Uber, however that did not work. I reached out to Uber support and they state, "after careful investigation, we are unable to find the charges using that payment method". Yet, I continue to be billed, continue to report to my bank and continue to have to cancel my card. I am beyond frustrated with Uber. You are not able to escalate and speak to an actual human being to resolve. Uber is a large worldwide company that offers no live support to its consumers, at least not in my situation. I guess at this point, I need to close my credit card account and open a new one, but why should I have to do that? Anyone find a different resolution to this issue?
