Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Experian sending spam emails - any way to stop?

I've the same problem. You don't want to block them as you might get a fraud alert. Yet they send multiple emails each day. Suppose you could log in once a week and actually block them otherwise. It is very disgusting thing for them to do. Especially since they say it is for 3rd parties which pay them to get mentioned.

In emails you do have two choices near the bottom. Unsubscribe from credit card offers, or unsubscribe from all marketing emails. If you select the latter it takes you to a webpage where you have multiple categories you are opted in on with the option to opt out. I just opted out, of all except fraud protection, so I'll see how that goes.

I also just noticed their promotional emails have an e in front of experian for the address, while their normal account support has an s presumably for support. So you could block the e address while still getting the s emails if opting out doesn't work. I also see their actual alerts have neither an s or e in them so blocking the address with an e should work while letting you get the important fraud alerts you actually care about.
