Personal Finance (Not Investing) • KF Roth Conversion Plan

The big conversion will push you over the NIIT limit. That may not be much of an impact as I think it is only going to affect the dividends you receive in taxable unless you have a realized capital gain for some reason.
Beside the 15K dividend, I probably has about 30K from the RSU this year. But, there is no way to avoid it since I am at 270K without Roth conversion.
