Personal Consumer Issues • Is it worth moving to Florida for tax purposes

I live in Maryland, too. I'd rather lose some money than move to Florida.

As a local and long time Floridian I wish more people would take this view . Population down here has exploded. Kidding aside, everyone loves to hate on FL but at the end of the day y'all end up moving here anyways!

My daughter lives in Tampa while she's in school. We enjoy visiting (not in the summer), but would never want to live there for numerous reasons. None of which are financial.
