I believe the issue is that Fidelity made changes to their feed. They have no incentive to make it easy to get your data out of them.I have been using Empower / Personal Capital for almost 8 years. Sadly, in the last few months it has broken. Main symptom is huge discrepancies between account value and sum of holdings (at least for Fidelity and Tastytrade accounts) making the asset allocation feature useless. It is also unable to download info from two different Fidelity sets of credentials; one set hasn’t updated since mid February; before then all worked fine. I have reported the issues, which they claim are Yodlee’s problems, with no timeline for resolution. I can no longer recommend.
