Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Should I stop the interviews with this company?

I agree with others - just let it play out.

I've had this experience myself and it's usually because the hiring company really wants to make sure you're a good fit. In my last position before retiring for example, I went through the following process.
1. First contact with an internal recruiter via email, followed by a phonecall.
2. Phonecall with the person who would be my manager
3. In-person interview with the person who would be my manager at the company's office in another city 3 hours away. Not his office, but he also wanted me to interview with a few other people who were based there
4. In-person interview in the CZ Republic with people who I would responsible for as well as peers who were located there
5. In-person interview in another state with the boss's boss.

Of course company paid for all of the travel. Got the job and worked there for 7 years before retiring.

Cheers.
