Let us know what the final decision is and your rationale.Saw another place today slightly more expensive. Drop dead gorgeous waterfront views, a huge downstairs deck and an upstairs bedroom deck. 3 BR, 3 bath. Jacuzzi. Den and fireplace. Office alcove with water views. It’s surreal it’s even doable. I would not be beholden to anyone, including the family mentioned above. It’s only a little more expensive than my current 1BR rental.
It seems the time of year is playing into these places being available.
