Look up Avery Carl at the Short Term Shop, she's probably the best resource on STRs in that area, or at least the most well known. That area has incredibly high demand and incredibly high supply. Make sure your property can compete. I have 5 STRs and they're super fun but also really hard to analyze. I've done well on mine but they're all local to me and primarily small spaces (1-2br) vs. a large cabin which I'd imagine is what you'd be getting into. Good Luck!
