Have you specifically used the PayPal Mastercard to pay your estimated taxes and confirmed it is coded as a “purchase”?

I can't seem to post a photo here but yes. Just posted yesterday and got the 3%. I used payusatax. On a side note it appears I'm already able to redeem the 3% back.
