This would be better is "skating to where the puck is going to be"......but there really is no crystal ball that is 100% accurate.

Change and get off the ice before you are tired.....could translate to "don't be greedy"

Be prepared and have a plan equals....off ice workouts/mobility/education etc..

I'm just doing some hockey references out there being I noticed the title to this thread. I'm now 63, retired and active on this forum. I am on the ice chasing the puck playing hockey anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week.
