Just be sure to check cost of auto insurance in Texas if planning to move here. It went crazy here this year. And be sure it comes with a/c seats, and window tint. And a cattle guard (for protection from the crazy, non insured drivers, not cattle).

Cattle guards have a strong propensity to kill pedestrians. I would avoid having one, if I could.

I know that's a controversial thing to say, but it was the subject of a huge safety campaign here (in the UK) a few years back. If we mean the same thing ("bull bars").
