This may make condos nearly unsalable. The only solution is an exemption for small HOAs.Boy, based on a little research, this thing sounds like a real mess. I’ve got to imagine there are thousands of small, self run HOAs that won’t know anything about these new requirements.
I can’t even imagine how a board member could support terrorists or launder money with condo owners demanding more services than they want to pay for, and some of them combing through the financials every month.
