When the time is right is a little broad but I bought a 3 month CD on Fidelity today (does it settle to the 9th I believe) at 4.95%I have a good chunk of money sat aside for a cash home purchase when the time is right. The ~5% interest from CDs and short term treasuries has been really nice, but I suspect those days are numbered with the fed saying it will begin rate cuts.
