OP, if you have filed Form 8606 every year you made a non-deductible contribution, and you have been using Turbo Tax to do your taxes every year, Turbo Tax will know your Trad IRA basis.
If you have saved a PDF of your latest tax return with "Key Worksheets" or "All Worksheets" included, open that PDF and look for the "IRA Information Worksheet". Your Trad IRA basis will be on that worksheet. If you don't have that PDF then run your most recent copy of Turbo Tax, open the return you filed, and either search for the IRA Information Worksheet in Forms Mode, or go to "print to PDF" and look for the IRA Information Worksheet in the list of available forms, or just "print to PDF" and choose the "Key Worksheets" or "All Worksheets" option.
