Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Roth conversions in retirement and pro-rata rule

Thanks! All very confusing! At TIAA all my accounts are pre-tax except that one Roth. They were funded by employer contributions and employee matches (deducted from paycheck, pre-tax). I have 70% in the equities side, 25% in non-equities (bonds, mostly), and 5% in an annuity.
I'm not sure if the type of accounts you have at TIAA can be directly converted to a Roth; have you verified with TIAA?
I'm meeting with them next week in person (yay!) and will ask.
