MFJ income is combined and the total is considered for taxes - it's not like hers goes first. If you are trying to allocate "tax bill" to each of you, you could just prorate the total, or assume the lower earning spouse pays less (but for most couples, this is not helpful). Do use a tax estimating software tool (any) to get your total federal tax liability, then adjust your W-4 withholding until it's close. I do this ~3 times per year, in tax planning.
