Based on the additional information:

1. Pay off the 5.24% car loan of $77k using cash in SPAXX which has an after-tax yield of less than the loan rate. Also consider whether you value being mortgage free and, if so, payoff the 2.5% mortgage of $235k.

2. By “60/20/20”, do you mean 80% in US/international equities or 20% bonds/20% cash?

3. As part of the estate planning considerations mentioned in my initial post, if you do start a business also consider the business risk and whether that has any impact on asset titling.

4. As part of the insurance considerations mentioned in my initial post, review your auto/home coverage limits and whether you need to add or increase umbrella coverage. Not all personal umbrella policies cover business activities.

5. At age 40, withdrawing now from your total portfolio at 4% is too high imo to last your/spouse’s lifetime and/or to create generational wealth.
