Carrot-Fennel salad from ATK - process the fennel then carrots in a food processor to the size of very coarse bulgur. Make a dressing with OJ, Orange zest, white wine vinegar, honey. Toss all together with chopped hazel nuts (I used pistachios) and chopped chives. Quick & easy.
