I agree with the Fidelity Freedom Index funds, whether it is the income fund or one of the target dates 2010, 2015, that is still open. Note all the target date funds merge into the Income Fund. Since this is almost all in an IRA, this will make things simple.
As an alternative iShares AOK ETF is available.
The 50K I would just keep in the core settlement fund SPAXX. With $50K no need to fiddle here.
