For more help, you might need to hire a specific type of advisor to serve your needs. Your quetions appears to be mostly tax related. You might want to locate a tax advisor for tax related questions since many FA might not have the tax expertise. For example, if you hace estate type questions you can ask on BH but ultimately might want to hire a estate lawyer since the work may be too complicated or technical. A fee only advisor may be helpful.

I would not suggest paying someone an annual fee type of arrangement. Most of these are gear toward portfolio managment and planning. Stuff like taxes might be outside of the scope depending on the advisor.
I agree that it's difficult to find a single provider for integrated tax, investment, and estate planning services, but they're so integrated that it's not nearly as valuable to have one (or two) without the other. I'm somewhat surprised that the marketplace hasn't seemed to fully acknowledge that.
