When I buy or sell something in my brokerage account at vanguard, the mm settlement account is where everything comes from or ends up. Is that the way it works at fidelity?
Yes.

I’d like 1 joint taxable brokerage account with a joint high yield settlement mm account in it. I’d like our monthly income from say 4 or 5 sources automatically transferred into this mm account. I’d like to have say 10 bills ( charge cards, utilities, etc) paid from this account monthly.
You could direct deposit into the CMA and pay bills from the CMA?
I’d prefer not to have to move money from a taxable brokerage account to this taxable CMA account - is that possible?
Yes, it is possible. Not sure what the real question is here.
