Anecdotally I’ve also experienced more delayed and “sorry” emails than in the past. They are clearly scaling back the level of investment in prime shipping to shore up margins. Also more aggressively offering credits and other incentives or tricks to persuade you to accept slower shipments.
Prime is still worth it but I expect its days of being so are numbered.
