Non-US Investing • Singapore REITs for dividend income pros/cons

What are the best value Singapore REITs, Does anyone here have a methodology

Some have https://www.dividends.sg/rank/reit i can only assume they are about to go bust .

I'm long term bullish on Singapore... want income, and like the fact there is no withholding tax for non-resident investors.

What can go wrong? i like hearing alternative points of views
