At a very quick look, Israelsen says he has a portfolio and a strategy that backtests well. It would have supported a zero failure rate... with some withdrawal system, over 25-year time periods, over some past time.

Apparently they are only looking at 25-year periods, which is odd because the traditional retirement planning frame is 30 years, and there's a good case to be made for planning for a longer frame, but: (Quotations below are from YouTube automated transcript with obvious mistakes corrected).
