Is it worth re-entering the credit card or should I wait longer for it to resolve so I can keep my history? Or is re entering it the only way it will be fixed?Empower contacted me today to let me know I needed to add the credit card as a new account and close the old one. It worked fine but that new account history only goes back 2 weeks and I've been having sync issues for over a month so their solution loses 2 weeks of spending data (almost every expense is on that credit card)
I'm not aware of a way to add spending data to try and true up my tracking for the year, which is the main reason I use the Empower tool (the other one is the AA drill-down feature)
