I'm looking at buying a TIPS ladder in my tIRA to bridge my per-social security years
tipsladder.com figures out for me how many of each CUSIP number to buy, but I'm confused about the pricing on Fidelity vs what the tool shows
for CUSIP 912810PV4 tipsladder shows the ask price is $1459.70
Here is what Fidelity shows for that TIP

why is the "adjusted price" 10x less than tipsladder.com? ($145.9 vs $1459)
and what is the bid/ask price $99 and change?
and here is the detailed buy screen:

it says each bond is $1000, but shows an ask price of $99?
I'm obviously missing something
