Personal Investments • What to do with Transamerica Annuity?

Family members have this too. I seem to recall, when Vanguard dump them, that the reason to stay with Transamerica was some sort of future annuitization ability that would be lost if transferred to another financial provider. But I forget the details.

I believe that, at one time, the annuitization options contractually guaranteed by the Vanguard/Transamerica annuities were attractive compared to the quotes from other companies.

Now, at least per poster dachoenleb, New York Life rates beat Transamerica rates.
