Does anyone know for sure what happens if you somehow lose all of your Yubikeys?

I asked Vanguard this question and they said they had to research it - but I've not yet heard back.

Do you have voice recognition set up? Once recognized by voice, I think you can do anything over the phone. It might simplify things if you set that up while you have a working Yubikey.
