C) My understanding is that Roth IRA doesn't pass through Estate for even a NRA (and hence no need to worry about $60K exemption limit). All our assets in US have appropriate beneficiary/trust as appropriate. Is this true?

Anyone has clarity on this? Does Roth IRA count in to the $13M ~ estate tax exemption limit for a USC/GC/Resident Alien. If not, I'm hoping it would also not extend to NRA who have estate tax exemption is $60K limit only
