I get that opinions about which website is worse are subjective.My comment was that Merrill Edge was worse than Vanguard website, someone said that they like the Merrill Edge website. I commented about subjectivity. That's it. My comment had nothing to do with someone's supposed Vanguard failure.
But when I asked whether the person's experience of the VG website failure was subjective, your clarification said "probably". Then, I responded to say that if it actually happened that the website failed for one person (and maybe not everyone), that's not really subjective (or even "probably").
If there's a way to express my view without being argumentative, then that is my intention.
