Personal Investments • Investment priority for new grad

Writing this for my sister in law. She recently finished grad school and has her first real job. She’s making 65k. She’s balancing a moderately high cost of living plus mandatory pension contributions of 4.5% and student loans (plus life). She has access to a 457(b). I’ve been trying to look into various tax credits and weighing deferred contributions vs Roth IRA contributions. I’m hoping for some consensus as to the optimal course. For the last month or two, she’s putting a couple hundred dollars per month into Roth 457(b). We’re planning to reevaluate next month.
how much are her medical insurance premiums? (trying to determine how close she is to the 12% bracket after all deductions (medical insurance premiums, pension contribution and standard deduction).
