Duh. Never mind. If I prepay the premiums this year I would get NO ACA tax credits next year because I didn't pay any premiums.
If they weren't eligible for ACA credits in the first place it might be worthwhile but I'm not going to spend time analyzing a hypothetical situation that can't happen.
