Ok, so let me address the control arms. At this mileage, the bushings are worn out. I don't know on a Civic what it takes to replace the bushings, but I expect not a lot. They're not like a Crosstrek/Impreza/Forester with the stupid horizontal bushing that takes a $700 Snap On bushing tool and $65 for a bushing. But these things are readily available and if they plan to just replace the whole thing which gives you all the bushings and new ball joints then go to Rock Auto. The MOST expensive control arm on their list is $75. The cheapest $33. These parts are NOT rocket science. The sway bar end links, are also wicked cheap.
I'll leave the rest to others. I'll mention that my son and I did the lower front control arms on our 200k mile, 11 year old Crosstrek and it took no rocket science engineering. Hondas are way easier. Hint, use a small, like 10mm socket between the lower control arm and knuckle to pop out the ball joint. Drop it with a jack. Look up a youtube video.
