Personal Consumer Issues • So what are you cooking

Just curious, for the people who work full time, how do you find time to cook? I used to be a stay at home mom but since couple years ago, I work full time. I struggle with finding time to make home cooked meals. My husband does not cook so I’m the only one responsible for grocery shopping/preparing/cooking. Any tips on how I can make home cooked meals when I have no time?
I make two or three meals on Sunday and we eat them on repeat until the following Sunday. I will do veggies on demand since they take 20 or less mins, e.g. roasting frozen broccoli in the oven. Meals this week are, chicken soup ( homemade broth from carcass), pasta with meatballs (using a few from 5 lbs meatballs made over the holidays and frozen for later use, tomato sauce made with frozen garden tomatoes from the summer), and lentil rice ( red lentils, rice, onion, spices).

It takes planning each week but once you have 20 or so meal ideas, it's relatively easy to rotate and create weekly lists.
