Personal Investments • Question on Backdoor Roth (Existing IRA with $0 Balance)?

Is there a set waiting period at Vanguard (or under the law) before I can rollover into my Roth IRA at Vanguard?

You can do the rollover to Roth IRA as soon as the purchase of the Traditional IRA settles.
Question: when are you planning to do that $7000 for 2024? Why not do that today if you have funds available? I mean: 2023 and 2024 contributions together, but only a SINGLE Roth conversion for the entire $13,500.
