Investing - Theory, News & General • The One-Fund Portfolio as a default suggestion

BlackRock has a set of low-cost "balanced" iShares ETFs that are worth considering, and have probably been mentioned in the Forum.
Tom_T, effectively, the very first post of this thread explicitly mentions BalckRock's two series of ETFs, one with a gliding asset allocation (iShares LifePath Target Date: ITDD (2040), ITDE (2045), ITDF (2050), ITDG (2055), ITDH (2060), and ITDI (2065)) and the other with a fixed asset allocation (iShares Core Allocation: AOA (80/20 stocks/bonds), AOR (60/40 stocks/bonds), AOM (40/60 stocks/bonds), and AOK (30/70 stocks/bonds)).

It's unfortunate that Vanguard only provides such low-cost globally-diversified all-in-one index investments as traditional funds in the U.S. Surprisingly, Vanguard provides fixed-allocation ETF series in a number of foreign countries including Australia, Canada, and the U.K.
Thanks, that is helpful.
