IRS FreeFile Fillable Forms! It's completely free for individuals and usually opens up for the tax year around Jan 15. It allows you to file basically all individual tax forms, I think including s-corps and partnerships, K-1s, etc. I don't think it can do c-corp taxes. It also can't file state taxes but most states have similar free online programs of their own. You can use Open Tax Solver to assist you with doing all the computations correctly, this is also completely free software and can deal with state tax returns as well. There are some forms it can't do (yet!).
Note this is not the same as the "irs freefile" program where low income taxpayers get access to turbotax and friends, this is completely free for all US taxpayers.
