My goodness. Have you talked about being married and one (or both) of you want to stay home to raise the kids? Or what happens if one of you becomes disabled and can no longer work? How would you "penalize" the non-working person?
Or what will happen to your assets after you sell the house you live in when you want to move once your future family has outgrown it?
Or what if you disagree on raising kids or one of them is born disabled?
Marriage is not about paying for everything fairly or contributing to the accounts equally. It is about being supportive of each other and loving each other no matter what happens in the future. You both have the similar amount of net assets so I see no need for a pre-nup unless you don't think the marriage will work out. In that case, why are you even talking about getting married? That can be a big expense, as is a divorce.
