But I recently read that a bond crisis would force the fed to raise rates and gold would go down. Like say if everyone sold their treasuries at once.
did you read we should expect a bond crisis? If so, can you share where you read this?

A bond crisis would lead to higher rates, but I'm not sure why gold would go down in a case like that. It could if people sold gold to buy bonds for the higher yields (and lower prices), but I think people tend to buy gold when they fear instability so the price of gold could rise (if demand outstrips supply).
