Personal Consumer Issues • Hiring Cooking Help

I never envisioned myself needing to hire help to cook but for health reasons, I no longer eat out much anymore and cook and eat a Whole Food Plant Based diet at home. While this change has been the most wonderful life change I’ve ever made, it is a lot of work prepping foods for the week and will be even harder when I return to work. I live in the suburbs of Denver and don’t even know where to begin to search for someone or if hiring someone is even affordable.

Does it has anyone ever employed a personal chef and/or hired cooking help? Any suggestions or lessons learned?
