OP here, thanks to the info found on this thread I have taken the following action.

Froze credit and placed fraud alerts on Experian, TransUnion and Equifax.
Requested freeze for Lexis Nexus & opt out.
Froze Chexsystems.
Add 2FA to my USPS informed delivery account.
Locked cell sim.
Obtained IRS PIN for tax filing.
Locked e-verify SS number.
Added alerts to all of my credit cards for instant notifications on transactions above $1 which I prefer rather than digging through statements once a month.

I received notice from Ticket Master this week that indicated my credit card and other info was hacked. They offered credit monitoring from a company I have never heard of called Mytrueidenity.
I received notice a few months ago from Navvis that my healthcare account was hacked and SS, DOB along with detailed medical records and they offered credit monitoring through a company called IDX.

I'm still debating if I want to use the credit monitoring offers. IDX offers 1 million dollars of identity theft insurance but I question the effectiveness and validity of these services. Not sure what the consensus is with Bogleheads on those credit monitoring offers?
