It seems the OP has made a couple of recent posts on this topic already. From those I gather they have already talked to Fidelity and since they are brining less than 1 mil over Fidelity told the there was nothing available. Now it appears the OP is asking for opinions on if they should wait to see if there might be some sort of bonus available later for those with lower amounts to transfer. Basically not timing the market but timing the bonus ![:P]( "Razz")
My opinion is if you want to move to Fidelity then move to Fidelity. You might try looking around to see what offers are out there from other brokerages for less than a million dollars to see if you Fidelity would try to match, but there are no guarantees. I wouldn't spend a lot of time on this since in the grand scheme of things it's not going to be much money and hopefully you have other reasons for moving your assets. If I were brining at least 25K over I would see if Fidelity would cover any closing costs for transferring the assets from another brokerage. They often do that for smaller accounts.
