Dental was about 50% more in OOP costs than premiums saved. Even with insurance my OOP cost for my prescription for a 3 month supply is over $500.Does the amount you didn’t pay in premiums those two months offset your out of pocket expenses?
There’s a fairly good chance that you may have a windfall due to the mixup. Only thing I’d be upset about is losing out on two months of potential HSA contributions, but that may not apply to your situation.
