+1I would not use the non-governmental 457, especially in the 22% tax bracket. There is little deferral benefit at 22%, you don't need more deferral benefit because you are doing enough already, and the payout options are almost always inflexible and inconvenient.
I suggest going for the mega-backdoor if you have the liquidity you need in your taxable account
I would skip the non-governmental 457 altogether. If you find yourself maxing MBDR, I’d still probably put extra money in taxable versus the 457. Maybe if there were a Roth 457 option and the distribution rules weren’t inconvenient.
