I would not use SGOV and similar ETFs (where a share price generally raises every day) at Schwab if dividends are reinvested. Unlike VG or Fidelity, Schwab pays and reinvests dividends a day later than a pay day. So for securities like SGOV one will be at disadvantage compare with holding the same securities at VG or Fidelity.Schwab has reasonable MMF's you can buy. You can of course also buy cash-like ETF's that are out there, such as SGOV, ICSH, USFR, etc.
Instead I would hold BOXX at Schwab. So far BOXX did not pay dividends since inception.
