If you do the work yourself I`d go with Benjamin Moor´s "Ben" paint. Dont go with the big box stuff. It´s all inferior quality despite what CR or so might tell you. You also want to think about if you want flat paint, which hides imperfections in the wall very well, or a washable type of higher shine paint, that requires more prep. Also, use a primer. And use good tape. Frogtape is the way to go. And make sure your rolls have the right height and material for what youre painting.
IF you plan on doing the trim as well, go with Benjamin Moor´s Advance and get a really good Nylon brush specifically for trim. Do the trim first, and start by caulking it, then paint it once or twice, then mask the trim and put the wall paint slightly (like by a mm or less) on the trim to get a straight line.
