Please correct me if I am not understanding TIAA Traditional.
When I view TIAA Traditional "performance" it shows I am earning 5.5%.
But this is not true, correct. The bulk of my vintage, is earning 3.650%.

Are you using this link (logged onto your account, obviously)? It clearly shows your effective weighted crediting rate as a single value, plus details of all your plans.
