+1 on the ones with losses and lower gains but I'd also sort them by weighted cost to see if you can justify selling some of the more expensive/tax-cost ones due to long term drag of costs - which in the end is more important than anything else you can do today.
I have no clue what all those tickers are but pick where you think the line is 75, 50, 20, 10 basis points. Maybe spread over a couple of tax years if it's high cap gains. If you have cheap ETF's then who cares as long as they are not whacky from an allocation point of view.
