Was thinking likewise. And thankful that years ago when I was involved in an accident, that 2 people nearby saw it and talked to the adjustor because the other guy was claiming it was my fault...Yup. You gave your contact information to the 'victim'. You shoud expect he/she would give it to the insurance company.This forum sometimes...![:oops:]( "D'oh")
Just tell the insurance company what you saw. This isn't a perjury trap and you aren't going to get yourself into any hot water.
